Support for IBEX Practice Management Mobile
IBEX Mobile is designed for the iPhone and all Android smartphones.
- For iPhone, the minimum version of iOS is 14.0
- For Android, the minimum OS is ver. 8.0 (Oreo)
Yes. Apart from accepting the End User License Agreement, your phone must be secured with either a PIN and/or a biometric fingerprint unlock. The reason for this additional layer of security is to protect you and your patients as they are both protected under HIPAA.
Only your credentials. Your patient roster, scheduling information, and financial data is generated in real-time upon request and never stored on your phone.
First, remotely “wipe” your phone. IF your device is configured to work with Harrison’s IBEX Mailbox, contact us and we will be happy to perform the wipe for you.
